Our “Planting Seeds of Hope” Initiative all started with our love for traveling. We found everywhere we went, we were sharing our hearts and telling people we met about Team Jake.
How to Participate: Every September, the Mount Juliet, Tenn. community recognizes those we have lost to suicide, those who are struggling with their mental health and those who have lost someone to suicide or a battle with mental health. The city has ribbons you can tie to the tree (pictured) in remembrance during the month, and the tree stands decorated throughout September.
Location details: Our Tennessee location is located just between the local Mount Juliet, Tenn. City Hall and USPS off of Mount Juliet Road. There, you will find a bench dedicated to suicide and mental health awareness for you to enjoy and rest. Our hometown is only a short 15-minute drive from Nashville, Tenn. We encourage you to visit, when you are in the area!
